These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "You") and 388w ("388w", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 388w.net. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information in all required fields, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, mobile number, and valid email address.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 388w account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — regardless of the email address, mobile number, device, or payment method used — is a violation of these Terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

• You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your 388w account.
• You must keep your login credentials — including your password and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential.
• You must notify 388w support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation.
• 388w will never ask you to share your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel.

As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations, 388w may request supporting documentation at any stage of your account's life — not only at registration. Documents commonly requested include a copy of your CNIC or passport, a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address, and proof of payment method ownership.

388w accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through a range of locally supported payment methods. All transactions on the 388w platform are conducted in PKR unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency transactions. The following payment methods are currently supported:

All deposits must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. 388w does not accept third-party deposits. Funds deposited from a payment method not belonging to the registered account holder may be frozen pending investigation and will be returned to the source account minus any applicable processing fees.

Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are typically processed within the same business day. 388w targets processing within two to four hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to two business days depending on the receiving institution. 388w is not liable for delays caused by your payment provider.

388w reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals may also be delayed or held if there is a pending investigation related to your account, a suspected terms violation, or an unresolved bonus wagering requirement associated with your current balance.

All games available on the 388w platform — including live casino games, video slots, table games, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules displayed within the game interface. By placing a bet or participating in any game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

388w's Random Number Generator (RNG)-based games are certified by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live casino games are operated by third-party software providers and are subject to the rules and procedures of those providers as applied within the 388w platform environment.

• Sports betting odds offered on 388w reflect market conditions at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to the availability of real-time data feeds. 388w reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time.
• Bets placed on voided events — such as abandoned cricket matches — will be refunded to the player's 388w account balance.
• In the event of a technical fault, communication failure, or software error during a game round, 388w will investigate and resolve the outcome in a fair manner. Any winnings resulting from a demonstrable software error are not valid and will not be paid.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 388w platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct — or attempting to do so — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all account balances, and, where required by law, reporting to appropriate regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access account features, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting any software bug, error, or loophole in the 388w platform to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings accumulated through exploitation of a bug are void.
• Colluding with other players — whether at live casino tables, in poker games, or in any other context — to gain an unfair competitive advantage.
• Using the 388w platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or payment method without their explicit written consent.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or extract any part of the 388w platform's software, data, or intellectual property.

All content on the 388w platform — including but not limited to the 388w name, logo, brand identity, website design, game graphics, software code, text, data, and audiovisual materials — is the exclusive property of 388w or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 388w platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 388w platform or its content.

Any unauthorised use of 388w's intellectual property — including the use of the 388w brand name or logo in connection with any third-party service or publication — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 388w's total liability to you in connection with any claim arising out of or relating to your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your 388w account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

388w shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the 388w platform or any of its features.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the platform or any service provided thereon.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account, provided that 388w has implemented reasonable security measures.
• Any third-party conduct on or in connection with the platform.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a 24-hour cooling-off period.

Closure by 388w: 388w reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account — with or without prior notice, depending on the circumstances — in the following situations:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable timeframe.

Where 388w closes an account due to a terms breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited pending investigation. Where closure is for reasons unrelated to a breach, your real-money balance will be returned in full.

388w reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes may be made in response to regulatory developments, changes in the platform's features or services, legal advice, or operational requirements.

When material changes are made to these Terms, 388w will notify registered players by email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed upon your next 388w login. The effective date of the revised Terms will be clearly stated at the top of the document.

Your continued use of the 388w platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you may close your account in accordance with Section 12 before the effective date.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 388w holds its operating licence. 388w operates as an internationally licensed online gaming platform.
